These Terms govern access to maisonsheron.com and purchases from Maison Shéron, operated by Sheron Barber Inc. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login details secure.

Objects, Materials, and Availability

Maison Shéron objects are produced in limited quantities and may include natural materials and hand-finished elements. Grain, tone, patina, and other variations are inherent characteristics and do not by themselves constitute defects. Images and colors may vary by display. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

Orders and Acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order before shipment, including for availability, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, legal, or delivery reasons. A binding sale is formed when we send confirmation of acceptance or shipment. If we cancel after payment, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices and available currencies are shown on the website or at checkout. Taxes, duties, and delivery charges are displayed or described where available. Unless checkout states that duties are included, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, and local charges. Payment methods are those shown at checkout and are provided by third-party payment services.

Personalized, Commissioned, and Made-to-Order Work

Production timing, specifications, deposits, approvals, and payment schedules for bespoke work may be confirmed separately. Once production begins, changes and cancellation may not be possible. Custom work is subject to the Returns Policy and mandatory legal rights.

Delivery, Returns, Warranty, and Repair

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Risk and title pass as provided by applicable law. Shipping, returns, statutory remedies, warranty, and repair services are governed by the Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and any object-specific terms supplied with the order.

Intellectual Property

The website and all Maison Shéron names, marks, designs, images, text, video, 3D assets, and other content are owned by or licensed to Maison Shéron and protected by applicable law. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, used commercially, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access without permission, impersonate another person, violate law, or infringe another party’s rights.

Third-Party Services

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services, and Maison Shéron is not responsible for third-party sites outside our control.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Shéron is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or an order. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or forum rights under the law of your place of residence.
